• I cannot find an item I usually order from Flotec on the website.

  • How long is delivery?

    Many of our products are next day delivery. However, lead times may differ in the Brands section of the website. The lead time will display in your basket, so please check this before ordering. 

  • How do I pay by company account credit?

    To pay by account credit, please select the "Pay on Account" option on the payment page in check out. 

    If you currently cannot see this payment method, your account needs to be set up with your correct credit limits. Please contact us regarding set up at sales@floteconline.com or call 01509 230100.

  • Returning an item

    There are various circumstances which effect your returns policy and what credit you are entitled to. Please call our sales office on 01509 230 100 and give us details of your return. We will then talk you through which process you need to follow and ensure your return is a simple as possible. 

  • My item is faulty - how do I return this?

    Please contact our sales team with any issues regarding faulty items on 01509 230100 or email at sales@floteconline.com.

  • I want to collect from your branch.

    To collect from our branch, select the "Collect from branch" option at check out. Your item will be available to collect from us at Unit 8 Pavilion Way, Loughborough, Leicestershire, LE11 5GW. Please note our opening hours are Monday - Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm, Saturday 8.30am to 12.30pm. Please contact our sales team at 01509 230100 with any queries regarding collections.

  • How can add multiple products to the basket at once?

    If you know the part codes you'd like to order, there are two ways in which you can do this: 

    1. Go to the basket, and under the Add a new Product section, type the quantity and part code to quick add products without having to search the site. 

    2. There's an option to csv import an order. Simply create a csv file with the part code in the first column and the quantity in the second (no headers required) then scroll to the bottom of the basket and click Import CSV File. 

  • Can I start an order and place it at a later date?

    Yes. If you've added parts to the basket but do not wish to place the order just yet, you can save the basket for later. Go to your Basket and at the very bottom there's an option to Save this Basket for Later, simply give the basket a name and click Save Basket. You can access it by going to Accounts and selecting Favourite Baskets from the drop down. 

  • My company has multiple depots, can I add more than one delivery address?

    Yes. Go to Account then select Addresses from the drop down, here you can add additional delivery addresses. These will be available to select at checkout. There's also an option to collect from our branch. 

  • Can I view my previous orders?

    Yes, you can view your orders by going to Account then the Orders section. Here you can view your completed, pending and cancelled orders. 

  • Who do I speak to if I have a problem with my order?

  • How do I log a complaint?

    To log a complaint, please call us on 01509 230 100, or email sales@floteconline.com. 

  • Can I amend/cancel an order once it's been submitted?

    If you need to amend or cancel an order once it has been submitted, please contact our Sales Centre on 01509 230 100 as soon as possible. Whilst we cannot guarantee that the order will be amended, we will do everything in our power make the change you request.
